gift tax; condemnation by public authority; conservation easements, utility
easements; assessment review; divorce proceedings; purchase, sale, and/or
investment value; economic and/or location feasibility; leasehold interest;
equity yield; cash flow analysis; construction lending; rehabilitation;
corporate real property asset valuation, and tax certiorari.
Appraisal
assignments completed include commercial, industrial and residential properties
including, retail stores, apartment buildings, shopping centers, office
buildings, manufacturing plants, subdivisions, single-family dwellings, multiple
family dwellings, cooperative apartment buildings, condominium projects, and
vacant land.

corridors, asphalt plants, tennis and fitness clubs, marinas, hotels/motels,
